Cancellation Policy

Cancelation within less than 24 hours of rental will result in a $100 cancelation fee. No smoking, illegal substance, or alcohol permitted while driving or prior to driving any of our vehicles. Possession of illegal substances in our vehicles will result in legal consequences. All returns must be made within 30 minutes of the scheduled return time. Vehicles must be returned with the gas tank at least 3/4 full (additional fees will be incurred otherwise) Be advised every vehicle is tracked & booking can and will be canceled should the vehicle be taken out of the approved perimeter. Each driver is required to acquire temporary insurance before driving any of our vehicles. Failure to do so will result in reservation cancelation (including the $100 cancelation fee) All drivers must agree to signing all paperwork as well as submitting a copy of their drivers license, and temporary insurance in order to rent a vehicle.
